Happy Holidays

White 'Uli'uli

This past weekend we attended a couple of Holiday parties. Friday at the UH Agricultural Research Station in Kula. This is where I was employed before Na Kani O Hula. A wonderful place to work. Spectacular views, great co-workers, playing with plants all day.
I forgot how COLD it is in Kula.

Saturday night we celebrated at the Ka'a'a home. This was a fun gathering of surfer friends. Years ago we used to picnic at Launiuopoko park with all our children. Surf, eat, surf some more.

Now that the kids are all grown (drive their own cars) we don't get to see each other as much as we would like.

These are just a few of the children.
Most of them are in college or have jobs now.

All good kids.....how fast they grow up!

We even had entertainment.
